Jyothi Kompella
Director & Co-founder, CPA
Every migrant who made Australia home can relate to Jyothi’s story. Jyothi accompanied her spouse to Sydney who assumed bigger responsibilities in IT.
Soon after, Jyothi studied Australian taxation and also added the CPA qualification to her portfolio which already included overseas Bachelor of Commerce and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.
Prior to moving to Australia, Jyothi enjoyed a successful career spanning over a decade as a Financial and Management Accounting Professional and has worked in various industries for a range of entities, including large listed companies as well as public sector organisations.
Jyothi has gained extensive experience in public practice specialising in business services, advisory and taxation. She combines strong analytical skills and a diligent approach to proactively engage with clients in helping them achieve their business goals.
Jyothi loves humour and never misses an opportunity to have fun in her world of numbers, making working with her enjoyable!
Outside of work, Jyothi enjoys going on bush walking trails with her lovely family and firmly believes in celebrating life!

Megan Zentgraf
Director & Co-founder, Client Solutions Specialist
Megan an avid AFL supporter who moved from Victoria 20 years ago to the sunny shores of Sydney, loves this city but does miss her footy!
Megan’s career has been diverse, with a 5 year start at Head Office of Shell Oil Company. Afterwards, she relocated to Los Angeles recruiting for Pre-IPO start-ups and IPO Technology companies in the Silicon Valley, including Sun Microsystems, Anderson Consulting and Microsoft.
Megan further spent a decade consulting to top tier Australian companies, implementing Employee Engagement and Self Leadership strategies and training programs.
For the last 20 years Megan’s time has been spent engaging within various industries, big and small and mostly in Business Development, Business Consulting and Client Relationship roles. Her current focus is in helping Small and Medium Business prosper and grow.
Megan is passionate about providing professional services to her clients and delivering best practice business principals. She is a diligent problem solver who always achieves optimal outcomes for her clients.
